NEW FOR 2026: Light Kit Option

The new 2026 light kit provides a full, factory-ready lighting solution with tail/brake lights, turn signals and hazard lights, and marker lights—designed to enhance visibility, safety, and road compliance.

Cylinder Stop Option

This assembly is designed to catch the aerators in the event of a hydraulic failure (such as a cylinder or hose failure), offering added reliability and peace of mind. The stop can be easily “flipped” up for transport and simply lowered and left in place when not needed.

Rollers

When size, weight and durability matters, turn to a RanchWorx® Series Land Roller. We have taken our expertise from building the most durable and efficient Soil Aerators and adapted it to our Land Roller series. Whether it is for road-building, land sculpting, reclamation, sod production or agricultural use, we have a roller that can handle it. With drum diameters up to 72ʺ,
a RanchWorx® Land Roller can fit any application.

Our drum wall thickness ranges from ½ʺ to 1ʺ thick, so the RanchWorx® Land Roller is the last roller you will ever need. The massive inherent weight of our large drum diameter allows for increased lbs/ft of ground pressure with our drums water holding capacity. Being able to ballast the drum to the appropriate weight for the soil types and conditions will maximize the versatility of the RanchWorx® Land Roller.

ranchworx seeder packages

Seeder Packages

The Optional Seeder attachment is the perfect tool to supplement seed into an existing stand, spread fertilizer, and plant food plots. There is no better time to surface dress soil than during an aeration pass due to the RanchWorx Aerator’s ability to remove all compaction from the soil. When seed is sitting on the surface of moisture-ready soil, germination results are very favorable once moisture arrives.

Seeder packages come with a large seed storage tray which is fixed above the aerator frame for you to carry your material with you while you aerate. Corresponding steps and ladder allow the operator to stop in the field to climb up onto an expanded metal walkway to refill the hopper of the seeder with material carried on board. This infrastructure also houses the 3-point connection point of the seeder to the framework. This connection will allow you to remove the seeder itself from the aerator if required and attach it to a Class II 3-point hitch tractor to make your investment of a seeder package even more versatile around your operation. Seeders are available in 9.6, 16, and 32 bushel configurations.

Ranchworx Pasture Aerator

Removable Drawbars

Available on any of the RanchWorx Series Aerators to pull light secondary equipment during an aeration pass. Drawbars are available as either a basic drag plate, or as a heavy duty removable drawbar system.

Frequently Asked Questions About Pasture Aeration

A pasture aerator reduces soil compaction and improves water infiltration by creating openings in the soil. RanchWorx pasture aerators help improve root development, forage growth, and overall pasture performance without heavily damaging existing forage.

Yes. Pasture aeration helps water move deeper into compacted soil instead of running off the surface. Improved infiltration can support healthier forage growth and reduce standing water in heavily trafficked pasture areas.

Pasture aerators create fractures and openings in compacted soil layers, allowing air, water, and nutrients to penetrate deeper into the root zone. This can improve soil structure and support stronger root systems.

Many ranchers use pasture aeration to improve forage production, reduce runoff, and improve pasture utilization over time. Benefits often include healthier root development, better water absorption, and improved pasture resiliency.

With a RanchWorx aerator, the best times to aerate are Spring, Fall, and right before rain or snow fall. Our large drum, combined with wide, angled/beveled RanchTech® blades, easily penetrate hard/dry soil. This deep fracture (on completely dry soil) allows water to percolate deeper, increasing the field capacity.

Tractor requirements vary depending on the RanchWorx model and operating conditions. Larger aerators generally require higher horsepower and appropriate hydraulic capacity. RanchWorx can help match the correct model to your operation.

Compacted soils, high-traffic pasture areas, clay-heavy soils, and fields with poor water infiltration often benefit from pasture aeration. Aeration can help improve airflow, moisture movement, and root penetration.

Pasture aeration may help support improved forage growth by reducing compaction, improving water infiltration, and creating healthier soil conditions for root development and nutrient uptake.

RanchWorx pasture aerators are built for demanding ranch and pasture conditions with heavy-duty construction designed to improve soil performance, water infiltration, and forage productivity across working operations. And with a grease-and-go setup, you won’t spend time on costly maintenance.
